What are your standard lead times?
Production times depend on your order size, but our standard turnaround is 3 - 5 working days from artwork approval and payment. Speak to your Account Executive if you have a deadline - we will do our best to meet it!
Is delivery included?
Delivery is not included. You are welcome to collect from our Olivedale factory or arrange your own courier. We are happy to help coordinate, but please note that same day delivery is not guaranteed. We do not have any control over the order once it leaves our premises.
Need it fast?
Tight deadline? No problem. We can help with same day and rush jobs, depending on your needs. Just give us a shout — we’ve got you!
Can I supply my own artwork?
Absolutely! You can download templates from our “Our Products” page. Or, if you would prefer, our team can create or set it up for you.
How do I get a quote?

What format should artwork be in?
We prefer vector files or high-res PDFs for the best print results.
Does the price change based on quantity?
Yes - our pricing follows economies of scale, so the more you order, the better the unit price.
Can you redraw my logo/artwork?
Yes, we can! Artwork redraws are billed at R350.00 ex VAT per hour.
Do I need to pay before my order goes into production?
Yes, our standard terms are 50% upfront to start production. The balance is due before collection.
Why is there a setup fee on every order?
Setup fees cover the preparation of machines and equipment, plus the time needed to make your branding look perfect. This fee does not include artwork design outside of our standard DTP process.
Will I receive an artwork proof before production?
Yes - every single job must be approved in writing before we begin production. We won’t print until you have signed off.
